Upgrade and Renovation Project Process
1.Process
Site Survey & Existing Condition Assessment
Conduct a comprehensive survey of the site, technical systems, and the condition of existing equipment. Analyze limitations in capacity, energy consumption, and potential safety risks.
Result: An Existing Condition Assessment Report serving as the basis for developing the optimal renovation and upgrade solution.
2. Process
Upgrade Solution Consulting
Propose renovation solutions based on actual operational needs and the development orientation of the operating unit.
The solutions focus on:
– Optimizing the one-way kitchen workflow
– Replacing worn-out equipment with energy-efficient technology
– Upgrading the exhaust hood system, water supply and drainage, and technical connections
– Standardizing stainless steel materials and supporting components
Objective: Increase operational efficiency while maintaining reasonable investment cost control.
3. Process
Renovation Layout Design
Develop the new layout plan based on the existing floor plan. The layout is designed to optimize workflow circulation, separate functional zones, and ensure safe operational distances.
Value Delivered: Reduce cross-traffic, improve service speed, and enhance the efficiency of space utilization.
4. Process
Detailed Cost Estimation & Quotation
Prepare a bill of quantities and equipment configuration for each renovation item. Costs are transparently analyzed, including equipment replacement, additional stainless steel fabrication, and upgrades to technical systems.
Commitment: Clear – Accurate – Minimize unexpected costs.
5. Process
Contract Signing for Project Implementation
Finalize the renovation scope, implementation schedule, and warranty terms. The construction plan is developed to minimize disruptions to business operations.
6. Process
Technical Design (Shop Drawing)
Develop detailed technical drawings for each renovation item. The drawings clearly specify dimensions, materials, connection points for electricity, gas, and water, as well as installation methods.
Objective: Ensure accurate construction and seamless integration with the existing system.
7. Process
Renovation Construction & Installation
Organize the dismantling of existing equipment, reinforce the infrastructure, and install new equipment in accordance with the approved technical drawings. The entire construction process strictly follows safety regulations and is closely monitored to ensure progress control.
8. Process
System Testing & Commissioning
Conduct trial operations for all equipment after renovation. Check capacity, operational stability, energy consumption, and the efficiency of smoke extraction and heat ventilation.
Ensure: The system meets required standards before handover.
9. Process
Operation Guidance
Train staff on the proper procedures for operating, maintaining, and preserving the equipment. Provide guidance on maximizing the performance of the new system.
10. Process
Handover & Acceptance
Carry out acceptance inspections for each renovation item and for the entire project. The handover documentation includes acceptance records, technical documents, and warranty policies.
11. Process
Warranty & Periodic Maintenance
Apply the warranty policy in accordance with the contract. Establish a periodic maintenance plan to maintain operational efficiency and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
12. Process
