Warranty Conditions
01. Cases Covered Under Warranty:
- The machine/equipment is eligible for warranty service only if the defect is confirmed to result from a manufacturer’s technical fault and the warranty certificate remains valid.

Warranty does not apply to machines/equipment damaged due to improper installation, improper storage, misuse, or failure to comply with the provided instructions.
The warranty shall not apply to machines/equipment damaged as a result of fire, natural disasters, normal wear and tear, improper environmental conditions, impact or dropping during transportation, or unauthorized movement.
The warranty shall not apply to machines/equipment damaged as a result of insect or rodent intrusion (including rats, cockroaches, ants, termites, etc.).
The warranty shall not apply to machines/equipment damaged as a result of insufficient water pressure or poor water quality (including dishwashers, glass washers, and ice makers).
The warranty shall not apply to machines/equipment damaged as a result of unstable electrical supply, voltage fluctuations exceeding allowable limits, or unauthorized replacement or modification of non-compliant power cords.
Warranty does not cover machines/equipment damaged due to unauthorized repairs or structural modifications without the permission or supervision of PAP.
The warranty shall be void in cases where the serial number label or product identification label has been tampered with, erased, or removed from the product.
The warranty shall not apply to loss, breakage, or damage of consumables and accessories made of glass, plastic, metal, or similar materials (including but not limited to light bulbs, power cords, bolts, nuts, glass panels, trays, refrigerator racks, gas, etc.).

ll products under the Fino brand are covered by a 24-month warranty.
