Result: A layout drawing submitted for review and adjustment before proceeding to the technical design stage.

Detailed Quotation

Prepare a bill of quantities and detailed equipment configurations for each project item. The quotation clearly presents technical specifications, origin, delivery time, and payment terms.

5. Process

Contract Signing

Finalize the scope of work, implementation schedule, payment terms, and warranty responsibilities. The contract serves as the legal basis to ensure the rights and obligations of both parties throughout the project implementation.

Technical Design (Shop Drawing)

Prepare detailed technical drawings for each piece of equipment and supporting systems. The drawings clearly indicate dimensions, materials, technical connection points, and installation methods.

7. Process

Delivery & Installation

Manufacturing is carried out in strict compliance with technical standards. Equipment is safely transported to the project site and installed in full accordance with the approved drawings. The installation process follows all safety regulations and the committed project schedule.

Test and check the equipment.

Inspect the entire electrical, gas, and water supply/drainage systems and test each piece of equipment. Ensure stable operation before handover.

9. Process

Operating Instructions

On-site training is provided for the kitchen team on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Comprehensive instruction manuals are delivered to ensure the equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with technical standards.

10. Process

Handover & Acceptance

Acceptance is conducted for each individual item as well as the entire system. An acceptance report is signed and confirmed once the equipment fully meets all technical standards and operational requirements.

11. Process

Warranty & Maintenance

Warranty services are provided in accordance with the contractual commitments. Periodic maintenance services are also offered to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of the equipment.

12. Process

After-sales Service.

We maintain ongoing connections with clients even after project completion. Technical support is provided, along with equipment upgrades when expanding capacity and operational optimization consulting at each stage of business development.
